I'm really upset! It's been 13 days and still no results. Never again!

I can't log in at all since the test ad blocks the sign-in button on Android. It's super frustrating!

My partner and I ordered different kits, and they took forever to get here. My results came back after 5 days, and I had to keep following up. The prolactin levels were ridiculously high for both of us, so we ended up getting a blood test at the doctor's a few days later, and everything turned out normal. Clearly, the results were completely inaccurate and just wasted our time and the doctor's. This was a pricey way to learn absolutely nothing. On top of that, they sent me 3 confirmation texts and 3 duplicate kits, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence. I would never use this service again. Also, the customer support is terrible.

Fantastic assistance when I was looking for quick answers. The package showed up in just a few days, and even though I made a bit of a mess on the kitchen counter, it was pretty easy to handle. Received my results a couple of days after that. Super happy!

I've had a really bad experience with these folks recently. I placed an order on December 22nd, and it didn't arrive until the first week of January. After I sent the sample back to the lab, I got confirmation it was delivered the next day. But here we are, almost a week later, and the lab still hasn't started processing it. I'm pretty worried that something's gone wrong with how they’re handling it. I've sent several emails asking for an update or some kind of solution, but customer service hasn't bothered to reply. I used to recommend this company to all my friends and clients, but after this, I can't do that anymore. It's just unacceptable.

This set is of great quality and the delivery was super quick. I highly suggest giving it a try.

I placed an order for a hormone test on Monday afternoon. The confirmation email mentioned it would be shipped the following day. Tuesday rolled around, and I got nothing. Then Wednesday came, and still no sign of it. I shot them an email that morning, and they claimed it was due to the Royal Mail strikes, which is total nonsense since those aren’t happening right now. I replied to their message, but they never got back to me. Plus, it’s odd that the company doesn’t have a phone number for customer support. I’d recommend they stop making promises they can’t keep in the future.

As a returning customer, I can confidently say I wouldn't choose any other place. The service is top-notch from beginning to end.
